Caesar Dressing

 

Ingredients:

2 - 3 tsp of anchovy paste

2 cloves garlic - crushed

1 tsp of grainy mustard

1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire

3 - 4 oz of grated Parmesan cheese

2 heaping tbsp of Greek yogurt

1/2 lemon - juice

3/4 cup of olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender/processor. Blend until smooth.
